1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Note: Items on sale or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps:
Email us at support@asiantrader.in with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
We will review your request and share the return address and instructions within 24-48 hours.
Ship the product back using a trusted courier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Compenstions are only provided to wrong iteams or
Refunds are issued to the store credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or item:
Exchanges are subject to availability.
The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If the replacement item costs more, we’ll share a payment link for the difference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Innerwear or accessories (due to hygiene reasons).
Custom or personalized items.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we apologize!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@asiantrader.in and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
