At Asian Trader, we take pride in the quality of our clothing and want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return & exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Note: Items on sale or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@asiantrader.in with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and share the return address and instructions within 24-48 hours.

  3. Ship the product back using a trusted courier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or item:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If the replacement item costs more, we’ll share a payment link for the difference.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Innerwear or accessories (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Custom or personalized items.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we apologize!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@asiantrader.in and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
